Dale Neuburger is Director of TSE Consulting – North America, which was acquired in 2016 by Burson-Marsteller, one of the leading communications and public relations firms in the world. Since 2005, he has helped city governments, convention and visitors bureaus, and sports commissions to develop sport tourism plans and event hosting strategies for important sports destinations, including Phoenix, Pittsburgh, Columbus, Wichita, and Buffalo. Additionally, he has assisted sport-related organizations with strategic decision-making, including the NCAA, the USOC, and twenty-four USOC National Governing Bodies. His professional management experience spans twenty-five years, and includes service as President of Indiana Sports Corporation, Chief Operating Officer of USA Track & Field, and Assistant Athletic Director of Indiana University. Mr. Neuburger has served in a variety of volunteer leadership roles within the aquatic sports, including his current position as Vice President of FINA, the International Federation; President of United States Aquatic Sports; President of USA Swimming; and, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the International Swimming Hall of Fame. He was also a member of the USOC Executive Committee and the USOC Board of Directors, and served as Chairman of the USOC NGB Council and Co-Chairman of the USOC International Relations Committee.
