Registration rates vary depending on your organization type and member status. Read the registration category descriptions below to determine where your organization fits to view rates and what is included in registration.

Destinations


Sports commissions, chambers of commerce, convention and visitors bureaus (CVBs), destination marketing organizations (DMOs), parks and recreation departments, and other organizations that host sports events.  View rates.

Vendors


Hotel brands, publications, housing services, insurance companies, consulting firms, universities, third parties, etc. that provide products/services to the industry. View rates.

Event Owners


Sports organizations and associations, national governing bodies (NGBs), and other companies that bid out and award sports events to which they own the rights. View rates.

 


How to Register

NASC Member organizations may register online or by completing a registration form.  Non-members must complete a registration form and return it to the NASC office.


Terms & Conditions

Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.


Special Offers/Discount Codes

Use of a discount code is only valid at the time of initial purchase/registration. Limit one (1) special offer/discount code per registration. If you have any questions and/or concerns regarding any of the above mentioned Policies, please contact the NASC Staff via email at info@sportscommissions.org.

Dietary Restriction & Allergy Policy

All requests must be indicated at registration for a special meal at plated functions. A card will be provided in your registration packet and is required for Special meals- special meals cannot be requested at meal functions without a card. We work directly with food and beverage providers; however, no area will be completely allergy free.

Registration Fee Includes

Access to all learning activities Monday through Thursday, admission to the NASC Sports Marketplace, opening and closing parties.  Meals included are: food and beverage at the opening and closing party, lunch on Tuesday through Thursday, and daily refreshments Tuesday through Thursday.

Payment

Payment in full is required in order to process registrations. We welcome payments in the form of checks payable to NASC, American  Express, MasterCard, and Visa.

Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation of your registration from NASC Member Services Department, (add info@sportscommissions.org to your safe senders list!). If you have not received a confirmation within 10 business days after registering, please contact the Member Services Department at info@sportscommissions.org.

Marketing Release

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, NASC meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees’ image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by NASC.

Non-Compete Clause

Attendees of the 2017 NASC Sports Event Symposium are permitted to host gatherings with other 2017 NASC Sports Event Symposium attendees as long as they do not interfere with any official 2017 NASC Sports Event Symposium function.  Attendees hosting events that overlap with any portion of the 2017 NASC Sports Event Symposium schedule will be subject to immediate dismissal from the 2017 NASC Sports Event Symposium at the discretion of the NASC.

Cancellation Policy

Destinations and Vendors: All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by February 24, 2017. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $100 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked on or after February 24, 2017, but registrations may be transferred to another staff member at the same organization or may be applied to the 2018 NASC Sports Event Symposium. Submit all requests via email at info@sportscommissions.org.

Event Owners: All cancellations or transfers to another staff member at the same organization must be made in writing by February 24, 2017. No penalties for cancellations or transfers received by that date. $200 penalty applies for requests postmarked on or after February 24, 2017. $685 penalty applies for no-shows. Submit all requests via email at info@sportscommissions.org.
