Event Overview Appointments in the NASC Sports Marketplace

Destinations, vendors, and event owners participate in appointments to cultivate meaningful relationships and produce measurable ROI.

Event Overview Appointments are 10 minutes and held at the round tables in the section of the Sports Marketplace with round tables, NOT booths. Up to five destinations and/or vendor exhibitors will be seated at a table with one event owner per appointment.  Event owners will be seated at round tables that are the numbered the same as their booth numbers. During event overview appointments, event owners give brief presentations about their organization, their event(s), and hosting requirements. There will be time at the end of of each appointment for Q&A. View this appointment as a fact-finding and information gathering opportunity.  This is not the time to pitch your destination or product.
