As the president and COO of Pyxl, Josh is focused on the company’s service offerings and solution delivery. Josh also works with select clients on their strategy and planning initiatives. He is a Michigander transplanted to Tennessee, where he stayed after graduating from Maryville College with degrees in International Business and Political Science. Before he joined the Pyxl team, Josh led a number of international engagements throughout North America, Europe, Asia and Australia, where he explored a variety of fields ranging from research to program development and strategy work. Those experiences gave Josh insight into business problems and goals from a variety of perspectives. Josh began his Pyxl career in 2008 as one of the company’s original employees, beginning as a Strategy Consultant. Shortly after a promotion to Director of Operations, he was named the President of Pyxl in 2009. Under his leadership, the full-service digital marketing firm has experienced tremendous success and grown from one office in Knoxville to four across the United States. For four consecutive years, Pyxl has been listed on Inc. 5000's list of fast growing companies. Josh lives in Knoxville with his wife, Jessica, and son, Elijah. They are in the process of building a boutique farm focused on farm-to-table food, pairing their love for gardening with their passion for culinary creations. He also has a lifelong goal of opening a turtle sanctuary. In addition to his Pyxl duties, Josh serves on the board of Casa de Sara and is on the Advisory Board for the Business Program at Maryville College.
