Before accessing the nomination form: you will be required to sign in to your Google account (or the account you associate to Google). The reason for this is to auto-save your progress. This means that if you can’t complete the form in one sitting, or need to switch devices, you do NOT have to start over the next time you open the form. You can simply pick up where you left off. Your draft is saved on your Google account for 30 days (if you are offline, the autosave feature doesn’t work). You’ll know when your draft is saved, as “Draft saved Cloud done” will appear at the top of the form.

You do not need to have a Google account to complete the form, however, you will need to associate your non-Google email to a new Google account (instructions here). If you prefer, you can quickly create a free Google account here.

The deadline for submitting applications is January 19, 2024, at 11:59 P.M. PT.
