Elizabeth Chaney Young joined the NASC staff in October 2007 and currently serves as the Director of Membership and Marketing. Elizabeth is responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing and communication plans for the NASC and all of its products,services, and events. She develops the annual strategy for membership recruitment and retention. As a result of her strategic and innovative ideas, the NASC has seen its membership grow from 400 members in 2007 to more than 800 at the end of 2016. She also manages the development and fulfillment of member services and benefits, creates and edits association publications, manages the NASC website and CRM development, administers the annual NASC Member Awards program, and oversees all aspects of the NASC Sports Legacy Fund.
