As a long-term member of the National Speakers Association, I have become a sought-after speaker, presenting to national and international audiences ranging from Fortune 500 companies to non-profits for more than 16 years to rave reviews. As a long-time member of the Actors Equity Association and former mainstage cast member of the famed comedy theater, The Second City, and award-winning actor/improviser, my presentations are entertaining and interactive. My vast experience as an entrepreneur and consultant, having founded Fishladder Inc. in 1999, ensures my presentations are practical and the information applicable to everyday challenges. Having a Master of Arts in teaching means I know how to build content, appropriate for greatest retention and tailored to a variety of learning styles.

In addition to running my own business, I continue to teach at the college level and have done so for almost 10 years. I serve on the Global Applied Improv Network Board and recently, in response to client requests, launched my new book, Yes, And!: Harnessing the Power of Improvisation to Transform Your Life and Work.

My goal to equip others to be resilient in the midst of change by applying improvisation in the workplace using the power of purposeful play.
