Summary:

This session will provide proven methods, critical elements, and insight to demystify the financing process for new sports venues. The session will begin with a 20 minute overview of the critical elements to financing new projects and will then transition into comments and Q & A from/with the 3 panelists and the audience. The topics to be discussed will include local market finance/project-team development, credit and guarantor strength, how to engage multiple guarantors, project feasibility, financial forecast, management, and the overall essentiality of the venue. This is a workshop for those with an interest in new project development and those desiring to broaden their knowledge related to project finance.
