Travel assistance for each qualified event owner includes hotel accommodations up to 4 nights (room and tax; incidentals not included) at one of the host hotels based on availability. You must be registered no later than March 22, 2019 to be considered for travel assistance.
Rooms are booked on a first come, first serve basis after registrations are received and approved. To book your room, contact Meagan Grau at Meagan@SportsCommissions.org or 513.842.8307. You will be asked for a credit card number for incidentals.

American Airlines - The zone fares cannot be booked online, they must be booked by calling the Meeting Services Desk at 1-800-433-1790. Mention the Offer Code A7759BR.
Delta Airlines - Book at www.delta.com. Select Book Your Flight and this will bring you to the Book a Flight page. Enter the meeting code NY2FR in the box provided.
United Airlines - Book online at www.united.com and enter your Offer Code ZFUK665382 in the Offer Code box when searching for your flights.
Downtown Knoxville is approximately 15 miles from the airport, with fares averaging $39-$49. A full list of available companies can be found here.
McGhee Tyson Airport now offers ride sharing as a mode of transportation for passengers, along with taxis, limousines, and busses.
Passengers are now able to use UBER or Lyft for pick up and drop off from TYS. When a ride share is booked through a mobile app, passenger will receive instructions regarding the designated meeting location. Directional signs are available to assist passengers looking for their ride share vehicle.
