NASC Launches Two Way Texting Service To Improve Communication with Members

Have a question about your membership? Need helping logging into the website? Want quick access to industry research? You can now text the member services department and receive a speedy response! 

"We want to communicate with our members in a way that is most convenient for them," says NASC President and CEO Al Kidd of the two-way texting platform. "Using this platform will allow us to keep in constant communication even while we are on the go."

Members who opt-in to the service will receive text messages about upcoming events and important deadlines.  Members can also quickly text member services instead of calling or emailing.

To opt-in, be sure to update your communication preferences in your membership account.
