Janis Ross is Executive Director of Eugene, Cascades & Coast Sports, the embedded sports commission of Travel Lane County, Oregon. In her role with the sports commission, Janis works closely with major citywide sports events. In addition, she served as Housing Chair for the 2012 U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Track & Field and Hospitality Committee Chair for the same event in 2008. Prior to joining Travel Lane County in 2004, Janis worked in hotel sales and as a corporate event planner. She earned both an MBA and Bachelors in Business Administration from Portland State University.
