In accordance with the NASC Bylaws, a meeting of the members is held annually. The Annual Meeting of the Association is held at such place and on such dates as shall be decided by the Board of Directors. The Annual Meeting is held in a community represented by an Active Member in good standing. Attendance at the Annual Meeting is encouraged and expected for all members.

Members are expected to review the meeting packet in advance. A limited number of printed copies of the packet will be available at registration for attendees who do not have access to the website or mobile app.
The primary contact/first attendee for all eligible and present Active and Allied member organizations will receive a keypad when they enter the meeting room and will be required to return the keypad at the conclusion of the Annual General Membership Meeting.
According to Article XIV of the NASC Bylaws, the previously designated contact of all ACTIVE and ALLIED members of the Association shall have one (1) vote on any question brought before the membership. This rule will be strictly adhered to during the General Membership Meeting.
The first attendee for all eligible and present member organizations (indicated by a “V” in the top right corner of your name badge) will receive a keypad when they enter the meeting room and will be required to return the keypad at the conclusion of the meeting.
