A native of Missouri, Terra Alphonso studied at Missouri State University (MSU) where she completed her Bachelor’s in Marketing Management followed by a Master’s in Business Administration only 18 months later. While pursuing her degrees she promoted the MSU Women’s’ Soccer team. Working in the hospitality industry for over 15 years, she worked with a team of five to promote and manage a four-day music festival featuring 18-22 artists each year including the Charlie Daniels Band, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. More recently Terra has worked at the Branson Chamber of Commerce/CVB. As of October, 2016 she has 1.5 team members in the Sports Department. Since joining the BC/CVB Terra has severed on several committees, built relationships with her community partners and Sports Events organizers around the country and assisted with planning/hosting everything from Ironman 70.3 Triathlons to Bassmaster Elite fishing tournaments to USSSA and NAIA championships.
