Tim’s leadership was instrumental in the construction of state-of-the-art facilities such as a water park, a conservatory, golf club, ice arena, adventure park, and indoor/outdoor sports facilities totaling over $100M. He has earned prestigious honors such as Lifetime Achievement Awards and Professional of the Year Award from Eastern Illinois University, Illinois Association of Park Districts, and the Illinois Park and Recreation Association.
