Elizabeth Chaney Young joined the NASC staff in October 2007 and currently serves as the Director of Membership and Marketing. Elizabeth serves as chief storyteller and is responsible for building the NASC brand through the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies for the NASC and all of its products, services, and events. She also develops the annual strategy for membership recruitment and retention and is responsible for sponsorship and advertising sales.   

Before joining the NASC, Elizabeth was an account executive for Pacers Sports and Entertainment (PS&E) and marketing associate for The Ohio State University Department of Athletics.  She's also served as an adjunct faculty member at Northern Kentucky University.

Elizabeth is a proud alum of The Ohio State University, with a bachelors degree in business administration and a masters degree in sport and exercise management. She is a member of AMA, ASAE, and AFP. She received a certificate in personal productivity from the Leadership Leadership Management Institute and is currently pursuing her Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) designation from the American Marketing Association. Elizabeth resides in Cincinnati with her husband Jordan and their son, Henry. Her favorite activities outside of work include being a wife and mom, testing out Pinterest recipes, reading, binging on Netflix documentaries, and cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes.
