Baylee Robinson is the chief of Olympic and NGB Business Development at Team IP. She has worked in the event industry for close to 15 years starting her career in parks and recreation before becoming a member of the Olympic Movement. Starting out at USA Volleyball and then joining USA Artistic Swimming as their events and membership director. she has experience in both large-scale events and smaller local championships, securing facilities and creating events from the bottom up. In her new role with Team IP she will help other event owners deliver a turn key event merchandise booth along with much more.
