Byron Hicks has been helping manage USA Ultimate since 2008. During his tenure there he has overseen Competition, Officiating, and Event Management Programs across the United States. Currently as one of USA Ultimate's Event Managers he is responsible for RFP review, site selection, and overall event management and execution, including multiple national events broadcast on ESPN. Prior coming to USA Ultimate Byron worked for Wal-Mart Stores Inc. as a store manager.
