Enhancing Destinations Through Tourism Industry Volunteerism: The MC4T Model
Summary:
If you are challenged with "doing more with less", and need yet another means for building a stronger team, creating enhanced volunteer and visitor experiences, and actually "doing more with less"...you should attend this session to learn about Michigan Cares for Tourism (MC4T). MC4T is an 100% volunteer, 100% give back partnership with Michigan's tourism industry where tourism industry professionals volunteer their time, talents and resources to enhance historic tourism attractions, learn about local destinations, and build a stronger tourism community with networking across disciplines and creating B2B opportunities. Attendees will learn about this unique statewide model and how in MC4T's first two years they have near 900 industry volunteers, and over 130 sponsors providing the manpower and materials/supplies to make a difference.
