Membership

Our members include organizations that attract sporting events to their community, (i.e. sports commissions and convention and visitors bureaus, event owners, and vendors and suppliers to the sports event industry). The NASC is the primary network for communication and information sharing on all topics relating to the sports tourism industry.

Please note: all of our memberships are organization-based, therefore all employees of the organization become members under their organization's annual membership.

Benefits

The founding members of the NASC created the Association to share best practices and information with each other in order to be more successful at bidding on and hosting sporting events.  As the NASC has evolved over the last twenty years, the Association has continued to develop benefits that align with that mission.  We strive to provide meaningful benefits and relevant content as our membership base grows and evolves.  The NASC is the number one resource for sports event professionals.  View a complete list of member benefits.

Categories

Membership in the NASC is granted to an organization that meets the criteria as outlined for the three categories. Each member shall designate the principal executive or another individual within the organization to serve as the primary contact provided that individual is responsible for sports-related activities. Membership privileges, (except for those relating specifically to the contact person), extend to all employees of a member organization. View the categories of membership and annual dues.
