Resources for Members on the NASC web site


Over the past several months, a number of enhancements and improvements have been incorporated into the NASC web site, www.SportsCommissions.org, making it easier and more convenient than ever to utilize the resources available to NASC members.  It is crucial as member of the association to check the web site frequently, as new resources and tools are constantly added to aid you in being more effective in your day-to-day business.  You will not even need to leave your desk to access the valuable tools that are listed below.

Event Calendar
*List your organization's booked events in the event calendar.
*Event information will be stored in the calendar for Active and Rights Holder members to retrieve histories for any event that is included in the calendar.

Event Database
*Active Members - View events available for bid.  Subscribe to receive notification e-mails when new events are added.  Currently 106 events are listed in the database.
*Rights Holder Members - Post your available events for bid for more than 350 host organizations to view with the click of a mouse.
 
Online Member Directory
*Connect with your peers and clients with the member directory.  
*View member profiles, services, and contact information.  Be sure to update your organization's profile if you have not already done so!
*Search the directory online.
*Download the complete directory or your search results in .CSV format.

Member Message Board
*Chat with other members and share best practices.  
*Subscribe to RSS feeds for the topics that interest you.

About the Guest Contributor: Vince Trinidad, CSEE, is the Director of Sports Development for the Tucson Sports, a division of Tucson CVB. He is currently serving on the NASC Board of Directors and is co-chair of the member mentoring committee.  Vince is a graduate of the CSEE program.
