PrecisionHire is powering the NASC online job board and is now positioned to work with all NASC Members, by providing customized Job Boards for the posting of opportunities, recruiting and management of all Candidates, Corporate Partners, Interns and Volunteers.
By using PrecisionHireSports.com, the NASC and its Membership will have the opportunity to develop the database of candidates who have also applied for jobs on SPORTSCAREERS.com and other PrecisionHire Employers. As new clients are added to PrecisionHire Sports, this will increase the number of candidates and resumes that may be available to apply for involvement with NASC Members.

SCOPE OF SERVICES
The SPORTS CAREERS family of products, PrecisionHire, SPORTSEARCH, and SPORTSCAREERS.com, are united as a single entity providing the following full-service solutions, on a global basis:
- Proprietary Recruiting Software & Applicant Tracking Technology (PrecisionHire.com)
- Retained Executive Search & Customized Recruiting Assignments (SPORTSEARCH)
- Online Career Management & Employment Resource Center (SPORTSCAREERS.com)
As the NASC’s exclusive Employment Resource, PrecisionHire / SPORTS CAREERS shall provide the following services to NASC Members:
- Offer PrecisionHire’s Customized Job Board and Private Recruiting Environment services to each NASC Member, at a drastically reduced cost, and have a seamless “look and feel” on each NASC Member’s website
- Continue to enhance its software technology, PrecisionHire, which will provide the “look and feel” exclusive to the NASC brand and all NASC Members who participate in the program
- All applicant tracking data shall be hosted, maintained and secured by SPORTS CAREERS at all times
- Updates and system improvements are included in fees
- Training and support for all NASC Member system “users” are included in the fees
- Promote the NASC Member job boards with full color ad in ‘Marketplace’ section of the Sports Business Journal
- Promote NASC Member job boards in SPORTSCAREERS.com monthly email newsletter in conjunction with WorkInSports.com (approximately 450,000+ subscribers)
- Each NASC Member Job Board is able to have multiple users
- Jobs posted through NASC Member PrecisionHire accounts will automatically appear on SPORTSCAREERS.com and on industry specific websites that currently have exclusive partnerships with SPORTS CAREERS
- Work with NASC and each NASC Member’s staff to help with logistics and promotion of upcoming events and recruiting opportunities. PrecisionHire and SPORTS CAREERS staff will attend and help coordinate annual job fairs, if requested
